| Step 1: |
Cover all the furnishings, floorings and plants with clean drop |
| Step 2: |
Remove or protect all hardware and fittings with plastic drop |

sheets from any dust and paint spots |
| Step 3: |
Cover ground with drop sheets |

burn/strip off cracked bubbling peeled areas |
| → |
fill nail holes twice |
| → |
scrape back peel areas |
| → |
check and fix all the wood work |
| → |
sand smooth all perished |
| → |
fill all the gaps in the wood work |
| → |
flake and loose areasfill all the gaps in the wood work |
| → |
renew loose or perished putties |
| Step 4: |
Brush down to remove any dust on the surface |
| Step 5: |
Wash down the paintwork with sodium hypochlorite or sugar |

soap Remove any grease and grime |
| Step 6: |
Clean and vacuum interior area before handing over |
